  1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy (Updated to EU Directive 2023/2673)

  2. 1.1. In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason (change of mind), without having to provide any justification and without any penalty, within 14 days from the day they receive the products.

1.2. Withdrawal requests beyond the strict deadline of 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

1.3. In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer can easily use the dedicated digital function located in the footer of our website under "Returns and Cancellations". Following the submission of the online form, an immediate confirmation of receipt will be sent via email. Alternatively, or to report products that arrived damaged, WhatsApp support remains active at the number +39 340 458 6339 by providing the order number and any photographic documentation.

  1. Conditions for Return Acceptance and Legal Exclusions 2.1. The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, and complete with any accessories, protections, or documentation.

2.2. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FOR HYGIENIC REASONS: Pursuant to Art. 59, lett. e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is entirely excluded for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and which have been opened after delivery. Therefore, make-up and cosmetic products that have been opened, tested, used, or lack the original guarantee seal/film CANNOT be returned under any circumstances, unless they were already damaged or defective prior to opening (in which case the Legal Guarantee of Conformity applies).

  1. Return Shipping (At the customer's expense) 3.1. The payment of shipping costs for the return of goods is entirely borne by the customer.

3.2. The shipment must be addressed to the headquarters of GP-SRLS following the instructions provided. The use of a trackable shipping method is strongly recommended; GP-SRLS is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to goods that occur during return transit.

  1. Refund Policy 4.1. Following the receipt and inspection of the returned goods, if they comply with the conditions indicated above, GP-SRLS will proceed to fully refund the amount paid by the user, including the costs of the initial standard shipping.

4.2. The refund will be made within 14 days from the moment we were informed of the decision to withdraw, using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction (e.g., credit card reversal, PayPal credit), unless otherwise agreed. GP-SRLS reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have shipped them back.

4.3. Optional choice: The customer retains the right, if they expressly and voluntarily wish to do so, to request the issuance of the refund in the form of a voucher (discount code) to be used on the website www.outletdelmakeup.it.
